Marine Planner - Boluda Towage

We are hiring a Marine Planner who ensures optimal planning and dispatch of the vessels and ensures all parties involved are informed accordingly.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

To include but not limited to:

• Assess incoming client assistance requests and decide on allocation schedule
• Keep track of actuals (e.g. vessel positions, requested assistance, incoming, waiting and departing ships etc.), maintain the dispatch schedule and forecast work load
• Keep all parties involved (clients, captains and relevant others) informed
• Ensure safe operations and keep all parties involved (clients, captains, harbour authorities etc.) informed about schedule and alterations
• Act as first and central point of contact in case of emergencies
• Ensure accurate data is entered in the system for billing purposes
